Sales and Customer Services Assistant - Temporary to January 2020 - 30 hours a week

Déda is a creative centre and a leading cultural institution in Derby specialising in Dance, Contemporary Circus and Outdoor Work. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional programme of Dance and Physical Performance to as wide an audience as possible and to be recognised for outstanding contributions in the fields of Dance Development and Learning.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Front of House team to gain valuable skills in an arts based environment. Applicants should be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, communication and sales technique. We are looking for an organised and competent administrator who is enthusiastic and motivated customer service provider to start as soon as possible. You will also provide duty management on some performance nights and will ensure our class and hire customers have the highest customer care.

Hours of work 30/week and include daytimes and some evening and weekend shifts.
