Want experience of coordinating events, PR, marketing and audience development? We want to hear from individuals who are passionate about making the arts accessible to all.

We’d love to meet people from across the region that believe in Déda’s vision and want to work with us to strengthen our links with communities, reaching new audiences and developing relationships across a range of projects, events and our regular seasonal programme.

You will be representatives of Déda within social and community networks, so it would be great if you already have a good knowledge of Déda’s programme and be confident sharing information (whether in person or online).

You will be the first to hear about exciting opportunities and gain valuable experience of working within a vibrant arts organisation. Equipped with all the marketing materials you need, you will work to increase Déda’s visibility in the community through the distribution of flyers, word of mouth and sharing information with your friends and family. You will contribute to regular meetings; get involved in participation workshops, social events and focus groups as well as getting the opportunity to see high quality dance, theatre and circus work in the Déda Theatre.

I have really enjoyed my time at Déda and learnt so much. I am very grateful for volunteering and working for such an amazing place
