Front of house staff at Deda

Derby City Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Front of House team to gain valuable skills within one of Derby’s leading cultural organisations. Déda is a creative venue in Derby specialising in Dance, Contemporary Circus and Outdoor Work. Applicants should be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork, communication and sales technique.

Our mission is to deliver an exceptional programme of Dance and Physical Performance to as wide an audience as possible and our Front of House are integral in making that happen. This is why we are looking for engaging, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to start in September ready for our exciting autumn programme of classes, performances and events. You will also get the opportunity to sit in the theatre on performance nights to ensure the comfort and safety of audiences.

Hours of work vary and will include afternoons, but mostly evening and weekend shifts.

Casting Callout For Splash!

Extraordinary Bodies is casting for a brand-new show, Splash on Thursday 29 November at the Royal and Derngate Theatre! The show is commissioned by The Mighty Creatives and the Splash! Consortium. They are auditioning for D/deaf, disabled, learning disabled & Black and Asian Minority Ethnic performers living or working in the East Midlands.
