A perfect class for beginner's, come along to master the basic Salsa steps with Lee Hunter and the Absolute Salsa team, the East Midlands' biggest Salsa promoter. At 8.15pm, your class ticket also includes entry into a Salsa practice session, where you can show off your newly-acquired moves.
Absolute Salsa also run regular parties in the CUBE café|bar so you can salsa the night away. For more information about the next event, please contact the Box Office.
Lee Hunter
Lee Hunter owns and operates Absolute Salsa, the East Midlands' biggest Salsa promoter. Lee's dance career started at the age of 11, when he began learning Disco, Latin and Ballroom. At aged 15, he was ranked 2nd in the world as a Junior (under 16) in Latin American. He went on to dance internationally. He began Absolute Salsa in 2000, teaching Salsa classes and running regular social events. Lee's relaxed style and humourous approach to teaching won him the accolate of the UK's Top Salsa Teacher in 2007/8.
