This is the next progression for Salsa dancer's who have moved through Beginners and Intermediates. In this class, participants will look at more advanced footwork, turning, spins and variations on the moves learnt in previous classes. The class moves on from learning routines, but teaches variations on different themes so you can hold your own when you dance.
Lee Hunter and the Absolute Salsa Team
Lee Hunter owns and operates Absolute Salsa, the East Midlands' biggest Salsa promoter. Lee's dance career started at the age of 11, when he began learning Disco, Latin and Ballroom. At aged 15, he was ranked 2nd in the world as a Junior (under 16) in Latin American. He went on to dance internationally. He began Absolute Salsa in 2000, teaching Salsa classes and running regular social events. Lee's relaxed style and humourous approach to teaching won him the accolate of the UK's Top Salsa Teacher in 2007/8.
