Release the stresses and strains of the day by practising and learning about the art of Mindfulness. Scientifically proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression, Mindfulness can also help improve quality of sleep.

The class is delivered by Learn2Rest’s Pam Sidhu who is qualified in Mindfulness, NLP, Nutrition and is a Lifecoach with experience spanning over two decades.
