This class is suitable for people who have had some experience of Pilates and have begun to master the fundamentals. The range of exercises is extended and developed according to the ability of each individual. Clients are recommended to work at this level until they are strong enough to take on the more advanced techniques.

Tutor: Katherine McKenzie
Katherine is a Pilates Foundation UK trained teacher with five years teaching experience. She first came across Pilates while studying dance. After working in backstage theatre, Katherine rediscovered Pilates in Derby, which helped her regain her strength and confidence after recovering from illness.
What to bring:
Please wear loose comfortable clothing you can easily move about in with bare feet. Pilates mats and any other equipment required will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you would prefer.
