Our new Stretch and Flex class is designed for all levels, including beginners, and focuses on building flexibility in a safe environment.
Tutor Bryony is passionate about helping people stretch correctly and safely, placing an emphasis on the fact everyone has to start somewhere. Concentrating on a variety of stretching techniques, the class will help improve posture and flexibility and will include breathing techniques to help relax into stretches.
For those of you who are feeling particularly brave, there’s also the opportunity to try and improve your backbends and splits!
