Yoga for Wellbeing

This class follows the structure of a gentle hatha class using asana (yoga postures) alongside pranayama (breathing techniques) to improve posture, felxibility, strength and general wellbeing. 

An easy to follow class with the constant opportunity for progressions in all areas of yoga.

Please note: from January 2020 this class will run at the new time of 6.15pm - 7.15pm
