A company where young people with and without additional needs can develop their movement, drama and voice skills.
In this exciting creative session, we adopt a person centered approach using music and props to assist creativity. The class will create work individually, in small groups and as a whole to explore the many aspects of dance, with an emphasis on sharing and having fun!

Cathy Smith
Having originally trained in Social work, performing arts have always been a part of Cathy’s life. She has been working inclusively with adults and children with additional needs for the last 8 years, mainly for the Arts organisation First Movement. Her main areas of expertise are in expressive movement and performing arts; she is a member of the inclusive performance company “Spiral” and has taken part in numerous festivals including Matlock live, Ashbourne, Wirksworth and Buxton fringe.
