Acrobatics classes to improve flexibility and physical awareness.
Warm-up: Working general flexibility. Followed by basic acrobatic work. i.e. Forward & backward rolls, Bridges from floor or standing if able. Hand balancing etc. Cartwheels. Simple double tricks. Preparations for forward & back walkovers.
Both classes are drop in classes; suitable for 7-19yrs.
