In this Tribal-style Belly Dance class you will learn a vocabulary of beautiful movements, drawn from Eastern and Western cultures, centring around your hips, torso, rib cage, arms and hands. Great for toning, isolation, strength and coordination, and for dancers of all levels, Tribal-style belly-dance encourages connection with your fellow dancers, audience and yourself, and teaches you to dance fully in the moment.
