Gladrags and Glitter!

It’s time to start planning for Charity Shop DJ’s Big Derby Disco this Friday in Derby’s Market Place. That’s Friday 24 September. Just enough time to rediscover your inner diva, practise some moves and tell your mates. Charity Shop DJ will be there from 8pm-11pm with a brimful of disco classics and an ever-expanding line-up of unlikely DJs to play them. Be prepared for surprises as familiar faces turn DJ for the evening to play out their favourite disco tracks on a stage full of retro delights put together by Derby Museum and Art Gallery. And watch out for glitter bombs and the world’s largest disco ball as the Market Place is transformed into the place to be.

Bring your mates and a handbag to dance around. It's free and everyone's welcome!
