Featuring work from Sir Kenneth MacMillan, Robert Cohan and new-generation choreographers Royal Ballet choreographer Charlotte Edmonds and Artistic Director, Yolande Yorke-Edgell.
MacMillan’s rarely seen 'Sea of Troubles' is inspired by Shakespeare’s Hamlet; Cohan’s new work is a revival and reimagining of a earlier work 'Testament' that now portrays six athletic dancers moving through twilight.
Edmonds’ new work 'Self', with a specially commissioned score by Donna McKevitt, evokes the passionate world of a man struggling with desire.
Completing the programme is 'Untethered', in which the whole company takes the audience on a journey of unravelling the ties that can bind our mind and spirit.
