Déda Café Bar leads the way by introducing a Plant-Based Menu first approach in support of its environmental and community values.
The Café Bar Manager Venessa Larmond, who came up with the idea, says: “We have always sourced our products locally to help cut down our carbon footprint, but this idea takes us to another level. We think we are one of the first café bars in the region that has plant-based food at the centre of its menu, with options to add meat or dairy as secondary.”
