Marie discovered Yoga through her travels in Asia. It’s a deep and powerful practice that has offered her many moments of peace. Through out the years she has practiced several styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, Pranayama and Meditation. She truly believes that the practice of Yoga can be beneficial for mental health and help with body awareness and acceptance. That’s why she decided to become a Yoga Teacher, sharing her love for this beautiful practice and giving her students a safe space where they can explore their own inner universe and simply relax for an hour.
