Are the seats in the Theatre numbered?
Our Theatre has unreserved seating for most performances so you just find a seat when you arrive. Our exception to this is the LaDéda Cabaret performance, where seats are reserved.

What time should I arrive if I am attending a performance?
Theatre doors open 15mins prior to our performances starting. However, our CUBE café bar is open for food and drinks before performances.

Can I take a drink into the Theatre?
Yes, but please ask at the bar for a plastic tumbler

Can I take photographs/video during a performance?
Unfortunately, we do not allow photographs or video to be taken during performances as it distracts the performers and other audience members. Professional recordings are often available please visit companies’ websites for more information.

If I arrive late for a performance will I be admitted?
Latecomers are often admitted to performances however this is decided by the performing company. Latecomers are normally admitted at a suitable break in the performance. Please ask at Box Office for further information.

Can I leave the Theatre while a performance is taking place?
No one will stop you leaving the Theatre during a performance however we do ask you to minimize disruption for the comfort of other audience members and the performers.

How do I book a seat for a wheelchair user?
We have wheelchair spaces available in the auditorium for our performances; please notify our Box Office staff when you book your tickets. We are able to reserve seats next to the wheelchair space so you can all sit together.
