  • 1. How do I book?

    You can book online at, in person at the Box Office or over the telephone on 01332 370911.

  • 2. Can my tickets be posted to me?

    We can post your tickets to you at a charge of £1.50, or you can collect them at box office for free, choose your preference at checkout or ask our Box Office team when you book.

  • 3. What time is the Box Office open?

    During term time our Box Office is open:

    • 9am – 9pm Monday to Thursday
    • 9am – 5pm Friday and Saturday

    Out of term time the Box Office is open 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

    On performance nights we will be open until 30 minutes after the performances has started.

    If you call us and we do not answer, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

  • 4. Is there car parking at Déda?

    Chapel Street Car park is located directly opposite Déda. This 500-space multi-storey is reasonably priced, with evening parking for just £1.40 (parking charges apply to disabled badge holders)

    Please note that there are parking restrictions on the street outside Déda and cars parked on the street may be towed.

  • 5. What should I do if I forget to bring my ticket to a class or performance?

    Please ask at the Box Office where our staff will be happy to re-print your ticket for you after checking a few details.

  • 6. What time is the CUBE café|bar open?

    During term time our CUBE café|bar is open:

    • Tuesday – Thursday 10am – 7pm
    • Friday – Saturday 9am – 5pm
    • Closed Sundays and Mondays

    The CUBE café|bar opens later on performance nights.

  • 7. Can I contact the Box Office via Typetalk?

    Yes, all of our Box Office staff are familiar with the TypeTalk service. If you prefer to use email please contact [email protected] and our team will reply as soon as possible.

  • 8. How do I book a seat for a wheelchair user?

    We have wheelchair spaces available in the auditorium for our performances; please notify our Box Office staff when you book your tickets. We are able to reserve seats next to the wheelchair space so you can all sit together.
