Déda does not offer refunds and exchanges except where an event or class has been cancelled. There is no right to cancel your purchase of tickets on a specific date or within a specified period of time. The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 do not allow any cooling off period. Please contact the box office on 01332 370911 if you are unable to attend as your ticket could be donated to a worthy cause.

The maximum number of tickets that can be booked per transaction is eight. For group bookings or any other specific requirements please contact the box office on 01332 370911.

Déda reserves the right to refuse the admission of a ticket holder to the premises and to require any ticket holder to leave the premises where a ticket holder’s behaviour is deemed by the management to be unacceptable.

Discounts and concessions

Free tickets are available for children under two years for some performances when accompanied by a paying adult. These tickets must be booked in person at the box office or by phone.

Déda reserves the right to introduce and withdraw discounts and special offers at any time.

Seating in the theatre and studio space

Please note that only some performances have reserved seating.

Every effort will be made by Déda to admit late comers at a suitable break in the performance.

For wheelchair spaces and other access requirements please contact the box office.

Déda reserves the right to refuse the use of photographic and recording equipment on the premises.

Please keep your belongings with you at all times. Déda does not accept responsibility for loss of possessions.

Ticket delivery:

Tickets are available to pick up from our box office on the day of the event or at any time before.

Where you have requested that tickets be posted out we will normally process the order on the next working day and post by first class mail.

The information you provide will be used only by ourselves to deliver services and to keep you informed with news, offers and future events.
