Dance fitness is an energetic cardio-based class which stands out from our technical or traditional dance classes.
In these classes, technique and intricate choreography are not the main focus.
Perfect for beginner who want something more free-flow, with easy-to-follow steps that keep you moving!

Simply purchase 5 classes at the same time and pay for the price of 4* You can mix and match, across our adult drop-in classes, and you do not need to book consecutive weeks. If you pre-book a class, and can no longer attend, then you can transfer your ticket to another week provided you give 24 hours notice.
