Dance fitness is an energetic cardio-based class which stands out from our technical or traditional dance classes. In our classes, technique and intricate choreography aren't the main focus.

A perfect class which is less intimidating for beginners with easy-to-follow steps that keep you moving!

Simply purchase 5 classes at the same time and pay for the price of 4* You can mix and match, across our adult drop-in classes, and you do not need to book consecutive weeks. If you pre-book a class, and can no longer attend, then you can transfer your ticket to another week provided you give 24 hours notice.
