Flowga and Deda on Demand Tutor

My name is Matilda Rowland I am a freelance dance artist based in Derbyshire. I am artistic director of East Lab Dance Company in which I create dance theatre performances for a variety of audiences. Alongside my company, I am the dance participation coordinator/ practitioner at Déda, helping to organise and facilitate dance in local communities. I teach a variety of styles of dance, and I am also a qualified yoga instructor

Flowga is my own creation, which comes from my training in contemporary dance and yoga, and is a fusion of the two. I believe these sessions create an enjoyable atmosphere and help to improve mental and physical well-being.'
