You may not realise it but Déda is actually a registered Charity (1053633) with all funds being invested into our arts activity. One of our core strands of work is around giving young people their first experience of the arts which will hopefully always stay with them. If you enjoy visiting Déda please donate so we can help others experience the joy of dance and bring the arts into their lives too. If you can please tick the gift aid box.It means that for every pound you give, we can claim an additional 25p from the Inland Revenue, at no cost to you.
If you would like to help us achieve our goals and continue our work within the community, firstly thank you, here's how you can help:
If you are considering supporting Déda, now or in the future, you will be most welcome to visit us to find out more about the work being carried out, what happens behind the scenes, and to attend or participate in events.
Déda gratefully accepts donations, contributions and bequests in order to secure our success for the future.

Thanks to all those who have added a donation when booking tickets and those who contributed to bucket collections over Christmas – we have raised over £450 since December and every penny raised goes to support our work.
As the only dedicated dance house in the East Midlands, we help people to enhance their lives through dance and related artforms, offering a programme which engages a diverse audience through performance, producing and participation.
Our Dance Development and Learning Team work with local schools and groups within the community to address key issues including education, health and wellbeing, and social issues with some of the hardest-to-reach groups in the city.
Whether it's offering you a one-to-one workshop, supporting curriculum in schools, or helping young people find their creativity and flourish as they achieve their Arts Award, our mission is to enable all to have their lives enriched through dance and the arts.
Our continued success relies on your support

Major arts and cultural organisations in Derby have joined forces with Barnardo's to give children in care the chance to experience live performance, film and workshops in the city.
Plus One aims to inspire young people and spark an on-going interest in the arts and culture in Derby. For some young people, it will be the first time they experience opportunities of this kind with their foster family or carers.
Donate a ticket for a child in care.
When booking tickets for either Derby Theatre, Déda, Derby LIVE, QUAD or Baby People you will be given the opportunity to contribute to the Plus One scheme.
We will ensure that donated tickets are given to children in care and their carers, whether they are fostered or in children's homes, in Derbyshire and Derby city. Every ticket donated through the scheme will go directly to these beneficiaries.
