Accessible Creative Movement

Accessible Creative Movement is a class especially for adults with a disability or learning difficulty. The sessions combine movement and music to spark creativity and expression whilst encouraging mobility, balance and co-ordination. Props such as ribbons and scarves are integrated into fun and simple movement sequences. The class is accessible to everyone and suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Carers are welcome to take part and join in the fun!

What to bring: Please wear loose comfortable clothes that you can easily move about in with either trainers or bare feet
