Introduction to Heels with Michaela

Intro to Heels class is perfect for anyone wanting to start their heels journey,

or just take up a new fun hobby in a supportive, friendly atmosphere! Each class will include:

·         warm up / stretch

·         overview of heels foundations/techniques

·         learning a gorgeous heels choreography

What to wear/bring: comfortable clothing (preferably that covers your knees) and your heels! (Open toe or closed toe booties typically work best when starting out).
