This ticket gives access to both PBT (Progressive Ballet Technique) 9.15 - 10.15am and Ballet (Daytime) 10.30-11.30am

Progressive Ballet Technique is a class that combines Yoga, Pilates and ballet designed to enhance strength, mobility and alignment.

This popular all levels ballet class is aimed at those who want to give ballet a go as well as those who may already have some experience. The classes take place in our professional dance studios and cover the standard ballet dance vocabulary in a friendly and relaxed manner.
