Post: Marketing Manager
Hours: 25 hours per week
Salary: £18,611 pa (FTE 35h £26,056)
Based at: Déda, 19 Chapel Street, Derby DE1 3GU
Déda, a creative centre for dance, movement and the arts for Derby and the Midlands is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to lead on and implement its ambitious marketing and audience development plans. This role is being offered initially as a part-time position and coupled with the benefits of a generous flexi-time system and office/home hybrid working, this role will be perfect for candidates seeking an improved work life blend.

The role would suit a professional marketer that has had some experience in management or for an experienced manager to move into the arts sector and/or part time working.
You will have marketing experience within a venue or organisation and be educated to degree level or have a professional marketing qualification. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate experience in desktop publishing, digital advertising, press, public relations, social media and direct marketing and managing a marketing budget effectively. Understanding and experience of implementing policies and procedures for GDPR and fundraising regulations would be a significant advantage as would experience of our sales platform Ticketsolve or similar CRM and Sales databases.
